In plain language: what Harbor Workspace keeps, where, and why.
Where your data lives
Your account lives in your Waffle Whale ID. Your notes, tasks, budget and focus lists live in the Pebble Notes, Clams Budget and Deep Dive Focus services, the same ones the Waffle Whale apps on your phone and on the web use. Harbor is another way to reach them; it does not send your data anywhere else.
What stays on your PC
- An offline copy of your notes, tasks and budget, so you can work without a connection.
- Sign-in tokens, protected with Windows Data Protection (DPAPI) so only your Windows account can read them.
- A few settings, such as which section you had open.
Your password is used only to sign in and is never saved. Signing out wipes the offline copy and the tokens from this PC.
What we don’t do
- No tracking, no analytics and no ads, in the app or on this website.
- No selling or sharing of your data.
- Harbor never blocks websites or reads your browsing. Blocking is done by the Deep Dive Focus app, if you install it.
Updates
To check for updates, the app asks this website for the latest version number. That request carries no account information.

You can see and manage your account, including your name, email and password, at id.brandcode10.com. Questions about privacy: write to hello@wafflewhale.com.
Harbor Workspace is made by Waffle Whale (formerly BrandCode10). The new name changes nothing about how your data is handled.
